EFT Tapping is a gentle, self-help tool using fingertips to tap on specified points. It is fast and effective.

In addition to its use with unhealthy emotions, it also reduces chronic pain, resolves addictive cravings, supports weight control, removes food and chemical sensitivities, and improves health and vitality.

What is EFT Tapping?

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping uses the self-stimulation of acupuncture points through tapping to decrease distress. It can be used in psychotherapy as a tool for fast, effective change. It can also be used with a practitioner or as a self-help tool to clear many issues.

Based on research, EFT Tapping meets American Psychological Association (APA) Division 12 criteria for evidence-based practice on Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), phobias, generalized anxiety, and depression.

It is accepted in the Veteran’s Administration (VA) for veterans with war trauma.
