In my psychotherapy practice, I have helped children, adolescents, and adults of all ages navigate and heal the pain of depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, grief, life transitions, relationship difficulties, challenges at school and work, and more. Helping my clients to heal the emotional pain they have been carrying around, sometimes for many years, and access the authentic, strong, joyful self they truly are is my greatest joy.
My approach is holistic, collaborative, and heart-centered, tailored to an individual’s unique needs. It is an honor to listen deeply to you and help you understand the ways in which your experiences have shaped you thus far. I will provide a safe, loving space for you to bring whatever needs healing. I am committed to creating an environment of connection, love, and acceptance within the therapeutic relationship. The relationship we build together is the rich soil from which healing, growth and transformation will blossom.
Together we will clarify and envision the kind of life you long to have, and I will support you in learning the skills you need to overcome what is in the way of living an authentic, joyful, purposeful life. Using traditional, relationship-based "talk therapy," along with tools like EFT/tapping, breath work, mindfulness, and meditation, I will help you learn to manage your stress and clear the obstacles to deep connection, both with your own true self, with your life’s purpose, and with others.
